It's been a fantastic opportunity to be back for another event in Singapore (after a year!!!) The last time we were in Singapore, we had an amazing time, and meeting each of you brought so much joy. Pre Order information
Grab your desired Rosupoku items during this chance to secure them. This pre-order is open to customers in Singapore from June 25th to June 30th! We accept payment through PayPal and cash on delivery (COD) at our booth during the Illustration Arts Fest (IAF2024) on July 6th and 7th. We kindly ask that you only pre-order if you intend to complete your purchase. Once we receive your pre-order, we'll confirm and prepare your package with love from Jakarta❤️
Shipping Options
You can pick up your pre-ordered items at our booth during the Illustration Arts Fest (IAF2024) on July 6th and 7th. No delivery fee applies for self-pickup. Please note that IAF2024 is a ticketed event, you may grab your tickets here. For those who can't make it to the event, we can ship your package via SingPost for an additional fee.
Special IAF2024 Preview
To show our appreciation for your support, we're offering a special preview timeslot on July 5th from 5pm to 7.30pm for a first-hand look at the festival before it opens to the public. These limited preview tickets are $2 + ticketing fee (only 500 available). Use promo code 'ImAFan' at checkout. Sale ends June 30th, 11pm SGT (first come, first served).
SingPost Mailing Options:
We offer two mailing options via SingPost
- Normal Postage: $1.5 (estimated arrival within 7 days)
- Registered Postage: $3.5 (estimated arrival within 2-3 days)
All package will be self-handled and sent on July 4th. For a smooth delivery experience, please double-check your address and contact number ato avoid any issue. We will carefully package your order to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Please note: Once your package is shipped, SingPost will be responsible for delivery. You can track your parcel using the provided tracking number (available after shipment).
